Sometimes the worst advice is the best advice!
My first project in my working life was challenging, and I solved it when no one else assigned to it could. At the time, I thought the advice was horrible! Fast forward ten years, and this is still the best advice anyone has ever given me! I took a seemingly impossible task and created a solution where with the click of a button, it would get the job done. This practice of making the solution easy for the end-user is now the foundational framework for how I operate.
The Onboarding Experience
This is one of my earlier data projects. I created an entire data process (reverse engineering, data gathering, ETL, data modeling, dashboard building, and automated delivery) that energized our executive team and drove significant results.
